As our Drivers Branding Supervisor, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our vehicle branding initiatives across Latin America—from vendor management to driver activation and financial governance. You will serve as the operational bridge between fleet partners, call center teams, agencies, and key internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance) to maximize brand presence on the road.
- Regional Campaign Execution: Oversee and manage vehicle branding projects end-to-end across multiple LATAM countries.
- Vendor & Fleet Management: Direct daily operations with external agencies, production vendors, and fleet partners for material manufacturing, wrapping, and quality control.
- Performance & KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze monthly branding KPIs, wrap longevity, and campaign performance for each country and city.
- Driver Acquisition & Call Center: Manage call center workflows for driver outreach, wrap appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and driver onboarding.
- Incentives & Payouts: Structure, verify, and coordinate monthly driver branding incentives and payment distributions.
- Budget & Financial Governance: Manage branding budgets, Purchase Orders (POs), invoice matching, and monthly financial closures.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Legal, Procurement, and Finance on contracts, addendums, vendor onboarding, and payment processing.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain and update operational trackers and reports for branded vehicles, driver statuses, payouts, and ROI.
- Expansion & Launches: Support new branding initiatives, strategic fleet partnerships, and city/country expansion launches across LATAM.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, vendor management, logistics, fleet operations, or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. Experience in Rideshare, Delivery, or Mobility tech is a huge advantage
- Geographic Scope: Proven track record working with or managing vendors and teams across LATAM markets.
- Financial & Analytical Skills: Experience managing budgets, POs, invoices, and tracking operational KPIs using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Vendor Control: Strong background in contract management, agency coordination, and physical production/wrap execution.
- Languages: Native/Fluent Spanish & Advanced English
