We are looking for a QA Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead QA Operations, drive the development and improvement of quality processes and standards, optimize regression testing, work with quality metrics, and promote automation and AI-powered approaches across QA.
You will work closely with Engineering Platform and Product teams to strengthen quality ownership and build efficient, scalable QA processes across the organization.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week working from the office in Paphos or Limassol.
- Lead the QA Operations team, including team development and performance management
- Own and continuously improve regression testing processes for mobile applications
- Develop product quality processes and continuously improve their efficiency
- Own quality metrics, analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop defect management, triage and escalation processes for critical issues
- Define and continuously improve testing guidelines, quality standards and common QA processes
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered approaches and automation across testing and quality processes
- Identify and scale opportunities to use AI to improve QA Operations efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Partner with Engineering Platform and Product teams to improve product quality and strengthen engineering ownership of quality
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management / QA Lead
- Experience managing distributed or international teams
- Strong experience in organizing and optimizing regression testing
- Experience building, scaling and improving QA Operations processes
- Hands-on experience working with quality metrics and driving data-informed improvements
- Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android
- Good understanding of test automation across Unit, API and UI/E2E levels and shift-left testing principles
- Experience adopting AI tools, AI-assisted testing or other AI-powered approaches in software development and testing processes
- Ability to identify processes that can be automated or transformed with AI and drive such initiatives through implementation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with Engineering Platform and Product teams

- Annual salary from 90 700 EUR gross
