Product Designer, Senior Level

<h3>As a Product Designer, you will:</h3><ul><li>Work with Designers, Project Managers & Engineers to derive long-term and short-term goals and drive product development through design sprints, research & data analysis.</li><li>Conceptualize and develop ideas that will connect the dots between business, product innovation, and user experience.</li><li>Ensure design goals are in sync with business goals.</li><li>Build a team by hiring the most talented, enthusiastic & passionate designers.</li><li>Lead the team to ship out high-quality designs without compromising on time.</li><li>Design & contribute to creating a design language, mentor other team members & grow our UX competency.</li><li>Effectively inspire & motivate not just a team of designers but also our product managers & engineers to deliver the best possible product.</li><li>Follow a data-driven process where your decisions are backed by user research, qualitative & quantitative data, engagement metrics & feedback from customers.</li><li>Create detailed specs of final designs for a seamless handover to tech.</li></ul><h3>Our Expectations from you:</h3><ul><li>At least 4+ years of experience in designing digital products.</li><li>Ability to design based on metrics to achieve long-term & short-term business objectives.</li><li>Great Leadership skills & experience in leading a team of designers.</li><li>Possesses strong documentation skills.</li><li>Familiarity in working in Agile development processes</li><li>Passionate about user behavior and analytics to make data-driven decisions</li><li>Good technical knowledge to guide the team from an engineering point of view.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for ideation & execution of product & features.</li><li>Ability to quickly turn around detailed designs & interactions without compromising on quality</li></ul><h3>Bonus Points:</h3><ul><li>Experience with Motion Designing.</li><li>Experience with Print Design, illustrations and iconography</li><li>Knowledge of frontend languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus</li><li>Experience with various analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Fullstory, etc.</li></ul>
