<div>Job Description – Data Engineer<br>Job Title: Data Engineer<br>Experience Required: 4–5 Years<br><br>Location: Pune<br><br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br><br>About the Role<br><br>We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in data transformation, orchestration, and ETL/ELT development.
The candidate will be responsible for building and managing data pipelines from multiple source systems to Data Lake and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments.
The role
requires expertise in ODI 12C, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>* Understand and work with data models and database structures<br>* Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using ODI 12C<br>* Create data replication jobs from source systems to EDW/Data Lake<br>* Perform data transformation using ODI and Oracle PL/SQL<br>* Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data processing and extraction<br>* Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of assigned tasks<br>* Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets<br>* Handle replication across multiple heterogeneous data sources<br>* Collaborate with Business Analysts and delivery teams to understand business requirements<br>* Support automation and scheduling of daily data processes<br><br>Required Skills &amp; Expertise<br><br>* Strong hands-on experience with ODI 12C<br>* Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL<br>* Experience in Data Transformation and Data Orchestration<br>* Experience working with data from multiple databases/sources<br>* Understanding of dimensional data modeling (Facts &amp; Dimensions)<br>* Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL best practices<br>* Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments is an added advantage<br>* Experience working with S3/Blob storage is preferred<br><br>Educational Qualification<br><br>* Any Graduate or above<br><br>Preferred Candidate Profile<br><br>* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br>* Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines<br>* Good understanding of data consistency and quality standards<br>* Excellent communication and collaboration skills<br><br><br></div>
