</strong></h3><p>Indus Net Technologies is seeking an experienced <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong> to join our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate will have strong technical project management experience along with expertise in pre-sales activities, project documentation, client communication, account management, and project execution.</p><p>We are looking for someone who can deeply understand business problems, develop solutions accordingly, consult clients, deliver persuasive presentations, and confidently communicate the quality of work delivered.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key

Responsibilities:

</strong></h3><p>Understand client business problems and develop tailored solutions.</p><p>Lead pre-sales efforts including client consultation, presentations, and proposals.</p><p>Create detailed project documentation, including requirement analysis, project plans, and reports.</p><p>Manage end-to-end project execution ensuring quality and timely delivery.</p><p>Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients regarding project progress, challenges, and deliverables.</p><p>Consult with clients, give impactful presentations, and convincingly communicate the quality and value of the services delivered.</p><p>Manage accounts post-delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.</p><p>Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.</p><p>Handle team coordination, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.</p><hr><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><p>Minimum <strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in Technical Project Management.</p><p>Proven experience in <strong>pre-sales</strong>, <strong>project documentation</strong>, <strong>client communication</strong>, <strong>account management</strong>, and <strong>project execution</strong>.</p><p>Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.</p><p>Highly presentable with strong consulting skills.</p><p>Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.</p><p>Must be available for a <strong>face-to-face interview</strong> in Kolkata.</p><p><strong>Notice Period:</strong> Immediate joiners preferred; candidates available within <strong>15-30 days</strong> are also welcome.</p>
