<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br>Develop new user-facing features using React.js<br>Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use<br>Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers<br>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features<br>Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards<br>Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards<br>Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development<br>Ability to manage a small team<br>Ability to manage the client expectations &amp; deliverables for the team<br>Good communication skills<br><br><strong>Requirements</strong>:</div><div><br>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field<br>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development<br>Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and its core principles<br>Extensive experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API) and tools including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.<br>In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3<br>Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)<br>Knowledge of server-side rendering and SSR frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby) is a plus<br>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL<br>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail<br>Strong communication and collaboration skills<br>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br>Knowledge of React Native.<br>Knowledge of TypeScript.<br>Basic knowledge of AWS<br>Proficient knowledge of cloud architecture planning and system diagramming.<br>Ability to write/manage the technical documentation, e.g.
SRS, SDD, etc.<br>Experience with user interface design<br>Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance<br>Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest<br>Experience with browser-based debugging and performance-testing software<br>Excellent troubleshooting skills<br><br><br></div>
