Senior Fullstack Developer (MERN)

<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We are looking for a highly skilled <strong>Senior MERN Stack Developer</strong> with strong expertise in <strong>Node.js</strong> as the primary skill set. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide technical leadership within the team.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services using <strong>Node.js</strong>.</p><p>Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.</p><p>Collaborate with frontend developers on React.js and integration with backend services.</p><p>Work with MongoDB and other databases to design efficient schemas and optimize queries.</p><p>Implement cloud-native, containerized solutions (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).</p><p>Ensure best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and application performance optimization.</p><p>Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards.</p><p>Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.</p><p>Stay updated with the latest technologies and suggest improvements to existing architecture.</p><h3><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></h3><p>5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend development.</p><p><strong>Strong expertise in Node.js (primary skill set)</strong> with Express.js or Nest.js frameworks.</p><p>Proficiency in <strong>MongoDB</strong> (schema design, aggregation, performance tuning).</p><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>React.js</strong> for building frontend applications.</p><p>Good understanding of <strong>JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript</strong> is a plus.</p><p>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</p><p>Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).</p><p>Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).</p><p>Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.</p><h3><strong>Good to Have</strong></h3><p>Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.</p><p>Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).</p><p>Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).</p><h3><strong>Soft Skills</strong></h3><p>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</p><p>Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.</p><p>Effective communication and leadership skills.</p><p>Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.</p>
