The Role

We're hiring an Investor Operations Intern to support the day-to-day processes behind our investor operations and help ensure our CRM records and investor data remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

You'll support the tracking of investor activities and pipeline progress throughout the investor journey, maintain operational trackers and dashboards, and help provide the team with accurate and timely reporting.

You'll also work closely with Capital Raisers to confirm meeting outcomes, follow-ups, and CRM updates, helping ensure information flows accurately across the team.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized student who enjoys working with data, processes, and Excel and wants hands-on experience within a fast-growing FinTech company.

What You’ll Do

• Update CRM opportunity stages, meeting statuses, notes, and follow-up tasks.
• Support the accurate tracking of investor activities and pipeline progress throughout the investor journey.
• Update and manage the Command Center Excel tracker and dashboards.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Coordinate with Capital Raisers to confirm meeting outcomes and update CRM records.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative processes.
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and ongoing projects within Investor Operations.

 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• MUST! Fluent English communication (written and spoken) – This position is 100% in English.
• Students in their final year of university, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and structured processes.
• Comfortable using Excel and working with trackers, reports, and operational data.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with different team members.
• Adaptability and ability to learn new processes and workflows.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms or data management systems.
• Previous exposure to Excel-based reporting, dashboards, or data tracking.
• Interest in Investor Operations, FinTech, or private capital markets.
