    • Monitor AI-generated responses, provide feedback, and collaborate with the Technology team to continuously improve the platform's performance and the overall investor experience.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve subscription issues, confirm funding status, and maintain accurate investor records.
    • Ensure investor documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor investor requests and follow through to resolution while maintaining a high standard of service.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance the overall investor experience.
    • Support additional investor operations and administrative tasks as needed.

     What We're Looking For

    • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
    • 1–3 years of experience in investor services, financial operations, client support, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately review financial and compliance-related documentation.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple investor requests simultaneously.
    • Strong AI literacy and confidence using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and problem-solving.
    • Curious about technology and excited to help improve AI-powered workflows and customer experiences.
