Technical System Analyst

• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements to identify the most suitable IT solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Provide effort estimations for analysis activities.
• Participate actively in solution design discussions and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Assess feasibility, benefits and risks of proposed solutions and provide recommendations based on technical expertise.
• Analyze the impact of business requirements on existing applications, systems and the overall IT landscape.
• Contribute to the design of scalable, high-performance and high-availability digital banking solutions.
• Create and maintain functional analysis documentation, specifications and process flows.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across development and delivery processes.
• Participate in all project phases, from workshops and requirements gathering through implementation and production support.
• Perform sanity testing and validation activities.
• Provide Level 3 post-implementation support and assist in impact analysis for production issues.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of overall technology experience.
• Significant experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience collaborating with technical, business and operational stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software analysis and solution design principles.
• Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of integration concepts and technologies, including APIs, JMS, Kafka, Message Queues and Web Services.
• Basic database knowledge and experience working with relational databases such as MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of data models and database structures.
• Experience using API testing and integration tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.
• Familiarity with UML and design documentation tools.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of databases such as MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2 and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).

Must-have skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Technical/Business Systems Analysis.
