We are looking for a Building Automation Systems Engineer to work with building automation and engineering systems, including KNX, DALI, HVAC and VRF/VRV systems.
This is a hands-on role involving system configuration, commissioning, diagnostics and technical support on project sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate, diagnose and provide technical support for building automation systems
- Perform commissioning and start-up works on new project sites
- Configure and program KNX and DALI systems
- Integrate and configure VRF/VRV, HVAC and other building engineering systems
- Troubleshoot equipment, communication buses and control systems
- Inspect installation works, system connections and compliance with project documentation
- Coordinate with other engineering teams and contractors
- Participate in system handover and provide ongoing maintenance and technical support
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with building automation systems
- Strong knowledge of KNX and good understanding of DALI
- Understanding of HVAC automation, including VRF/VRV systems
- Good understanding of building engineering systems: power supply, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and low-voltage systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings and project documentation
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, controllers, gateways and network interfaces
- Ability to independently perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and commissioning works on site
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work regularly on project sites
- Good English for professional communication and technical documentation
- Knowledge of Russian would be a strong advantage
Experience with BMS, smart building systems, Modbus, BACnet or other building automation protocols would be an advantage.
