INEX team is hiring a Junior Foreman to join our construction team in Paphos. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in construction to gain practical on-site experience and grow into a Foreman role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Foreman and the Site Engineer with daily coordination of construction works on site
- Supervise workers and support the organization of day-to-day site activities
- Monitor work progress and report updates to the Foreman
- Check that site safety rules and procedures are followed
- Assist with planning and tracking daily tasks and work schedules
- Monitor materials on site and help coordinate deliveries and storage
- Communicate with workers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Assist with basic site documentation and progress reporting
- Help ensure that works are completed according to plans and required quality standards
Requirements
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site team
- English or Russian required; Greek is a plus
- Previous experience as a Foreman is not required
- Students and recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant construction and engineering disciplines are welcome to apply
