Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver residential development projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from planning and permitting to construction, handover, and post-delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of residential construction projects from A to Z
- Coordinate design, permitting, tendering, procurement, and execution stages
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and local authorities
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and handover documentation
- Ensure safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of the project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management or as a project manager’s assistant
- Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish
- Educational background in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Fluent English; Russian and/or Greek is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and local standards in Cyprus is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
