As the Senior Pricing Manager you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and optimising pricing strategies across the Academic and Corporate divisions. Your responsibilities will include managing pricing strategies for subscription journals, transformative agreements, and eBooks. This position demands a strategic thinker with expertise in value-based pricing, future-oriented business models, and a strong bias towards automation and AI-driven approaches.
This is a dynamic and proactive role that requires energy, drive, and a commitment to fostering a culture of accelerated delivery. You will be instrumental in driving cross-functional alignment and delivering impactful results, utilising influence rather than direct authority to make a meaningful contribution to organisational growth.
You will work closely with the Global Director of Pricing to achieve a wide range of organisational objectives.

Location: We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face. That's why we work in-person with each other, or with customers and partners, three days a week or more. When you’re not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces – like at conference – you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.
The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our office in London Blackfriars to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time. There will also be occasions where you will be required to travel to our head office in Oxfordshire.
