Mission
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager with experience helping build and successfully grow a new Consumer APP; a person with strong Product thinking.
The right person in this role will play a pivotal role in planning, building, and most importantly, enabling inline’s consumer apps to become popular with millions of users through product-led growth. For the right person, you’ll influence and shape priorities through market insights, user research, data analysis, and technical feasibility. The key to this role is ensuring the product team focuses on product development that enables growth experiments that iterate to high-impact user experiences, that build month-over-month wins in conversion, retention, and viral loop-driven growth.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Prioritization
- Partner closely with the co-CEO and UX design manager to translate product vision into executable roadmaps.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, user research, and data analysis to provide product recommendations.
- Evaluate product opportunities by balancing customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and operational complexity.
- Continuously monitor product performance and provide insights to help refine priorities and roadmap execution.
Program Management
- Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring successful product delivery.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
- Manage Product Backlog, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Scrum execution.
- Identify project risks, resolve blockers proactively, and drive teams toward successful delivery.
Consumer Product Insights
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior and user journeys.
- Analyze product metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate growth initiatives, including SEO, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Referral, and user engagement.
- Help define Growth Metrics and establish data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of Technical Program Manager or related experience.
- Experience building or launching consumer-facing digital products or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of 0→1 product development, MVP validation, and iterative product delivery.
- Ability to work closely with Engineering to evaluate technical feasibility, development effort, and resource planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with consumer product growth concepts, including Acquisition, Activation, Retention, SEO, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and program management skills.
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:
- Partner integrations, including third-party platform integrations, APIs, Webhooks, or ecosystem partnerships.
- Authentication and identity systems, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, OpenID Connect, social login (Google, Apple, LINE), or account linking.
- Online payment systems, including payment gateways, digital wallets, subscription billing, payment flows, or fintech-related integrations.
- Marketplace, FoodTech, TravelTech, or other consumer internet platforms.
- Experience working with Growth, Experimentation (A/B Testing), or Product Analytics.
