    Job description

We are looking for a Paid Media Lead to help shape and execute performance marketing strategy across the inMusic ecosystem. This role owns paid media planning, campaign execution, measurement, optimization, and cross-functional coordination across channels that may include paid social, search, display, video, retargeting, and full-funnel performance programs. The right candidate will combine analytical rigor, practical campaign expertise, and a creator-first understanding of how music technology audiences discover, evaluate, and purchase products.
    • Define and execute paid media strategies that support acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, launch, and revenue goals across relevant inMusic brands and digital properties.
    • Plan, launch, optimize, and measure paid social, search, display, video, and retargeting campaigns across web, shop, and product-led customer journeys.
    • Own campaign performance reporting, test planning, forecasting, and optimization recommendations.
    • Develop practical experimentation plans across audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, funnel stages, attribution, and incrementality.
    • Partner with brand, product marketing, content, creative, e-commerce, analytics, CRM, and web teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
    • Identify opportunities to scale repeatable paid media practices, tooling, reporting, and governance across the inMusic portfolio.
    • Guide agencies, partners, or internal contributors where appropriate, ensuring campaign quality, clear priorities, and accountable execution.
    • Experience building and optimizing paid media programs across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, search, display, paid social, retargeting, or similar performance platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort using measurement frameworks, reporting tools, attribution models, A/B testing, incrementality concepts, and campaign-level performance data.
    • Ability to translate performance insight into practical action plans that improve acquisition efficiency, revenue, conversion, retention, and ROI.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, web/e-commerce, analytics, creative, content, product, and external partners.
    • Budget ownership or budget pacing experience, with sound judgment around investment trade-offs and performance forecasting.
    • Clear communication skills, strong attention to campaign quality, and the ability to explain recommendations to both marketing specialists and senior stakeholders.
    • Interest in music technology, creator tools, audio products, or the culture of music creation.
    • Work on brands and products used by creators, producers, performers, DJs, and musicians around the world.
    • Help shape how inMusic reaches, serves, and grows creator communities across a global portfolio of brands.
    • Join a practical, creative environment that values clear thinking, measurable impact, and cross-functional partnership.
