Job description

As an Advanced Technical Spare Parts Engineer at INNIO, you will be responsible for defining accurate parts lists for Material Stream Agreements, supporting customers during the parts ordering process, and working closely with customers and service engineering teams to identify the best technical solutions. In this role, you will also help resolve engineering issues that may affect maintenance schedules or costs, while ensuring the right parts are selected to meet customer needs. This position requires an experienced engineering background, strong problem-solving and communication skills, a hands-on mindset, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Your Responsibilies:

Define and ensure the correctness of parts lists (scope of supply) for the Material Stream Agreement (MSAs) business.
Work in strong collaboration with customers and the service engineering team to help define the best possible technical solution.
Assist customers regarding technical issues during parts ordering process
Coordinate the resolution of engineering problems that impact maintenance schedule and/or cost.
Ensure having the right parts defined for customer needs

Your Profile:

Bachelor or Master in Mechnical Engineering
Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills (both written and spoken) German or any other language is a plus.
Basic knowledge about the power generation technologies and the internal combustion engine operation, structure and maintenance
Ability to deliver results on-time and on target
Hands-on and can-do attitude
Strategic thinking and hands-on operational implementation approach
Good interpersonal communication skills
Problem-solving, analytical and organizing skills among the ability to think and act customer focused
Able to understand customer needs and prioritize key activities
