    About INNIO:

INNIO Group is a global distributed energy solutions provider that delivers reliable, flexible, transient, decentralized, modular and efficient power. With a track record of innovation, INNIO designs, manufactures and services high‑performance power systems under its Jenbacher and Waukesha brands. The company delivers power for applications including data centers, microgrids, grid stabilization, industrial energy and gas compression.

INNIO operates a global installed base across approximately 100 countries as of December 31, 2025, supported by a resilient, high‑margin services business that delivers long‑term, recurring revenues across the full equipment lifecycle. As electricity demand accelerates—driven by AI, electrification and grid constraints—INNIO enables scalable, behind‑the‑meter power generation with high efficiency, fast start capability, strong transient performance and fuel flexibility, including hydrogen‑ready solutions. INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide and is committed to moving energy forward.

The Operations Leader – Generator & Unit Assembly will play a key leadership role in establishing and growing our new Jenbacher assembly operation in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Safety & Compliance
    • Own safe execution in the production area, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
    • Maintain a visible safety presence, participate in audits/reviews, and foster a culture where employees proactively raise and resolve safety concerns
    Production Execution
    • Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
    • Set daily/weekly/monthly production priorities and coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and sequencing based on business requirements
    • Identify and resolve constraints, bottlenecks, or shortages quickly to keep production flowing
    • Ensure adherence to standardized work and quality requirements
    Daily Management & Continuous Improvement
    • Own and drive KPIs across Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost/Productivity
    • Lead daily production meetings and accountability routines
    • Apply Lean principles (standard work, 5S, waste reduction, visual management, continuous improvement) and support NPI and operational excellence initiatives
    Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, Logistics, and EHS to ensure production readiness
    • Communicate production priorities, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders; support workforce planning as volume grows
    • Work with the Jenbach team to transfer production knowledge and best practices, and help build the operating systems needed for a successful Waukesha start-up and ramp
    What you’ll bring
