As an Order Management Intern at INNIO, you provide administrative support for spare parts order processing, including order entry and booking, as well as the preparation of shipping instructions and related shipping documents.

Your responsibilities:
- Entering, validating and booking orders according to customer requirements
- Ensuring timely recording of orders
- Filtering and prioritising customer requests received by e-mail
- Preparing delivery documents, certificates and other necessary documents
Your profile:
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline for at least one more year (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration etc.)
- Ability to work min 30 hours / week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
- Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
- Fluent English AND German is a must
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
- Team player attitude
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
- Tolerate monotonous work
- Deadline oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
