Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience and strong alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities and growth objectives
- Analyze workforce data and key people metrics to identify trends and recommend actions
- Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and people development matters.
- Foster a positive employee experience and serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and global HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions (e.g. recruitment activities for confidential roles)
- Ensure compliance with Austrian labor law, company policies, and HR governance standards
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience in an international environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
- Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering senior leaders
- Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities
- Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and employment practices
- Fluent German and English language skills
