Creating architecture of the web and mobile application solutions
Participating in cost estimations, scope management and team management

Delivering solutions to the client within set budgets and delivery timelines
Coordinates with the business teams and client stakeholders
Strengthening the project delivery process and enhancement of agile software methodology
Managing the team of BA, Designers, Developers and QA
