We urgently required an Experienced UI Designer – Team Lead

InnoMind Technologies is seeking a candidate for a User Interface Designer who deeply understands the relationship between design and functionality. Ability to understand usability of web/mobile and simply it in user friendly, easily navigable and visually appealing interface is what this job is all about. Your job would involve creating wireframes, prototypes and visual/interaction design for web and mobile websites/applications.

• 2-5 years of interactive experience creating awesome designs for both small and medium interactive projects across multiple platforms.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
• BFA in design or equivalent experience would be plus.
• Impactful design and typographic skills and attention to details.
• Expertise in current graphic design practices, including fluency in adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Extensive knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and Adobe Flash is plus.
• Must possess a keen visual sense – an eye for color, composition, interface design and typography.
• SEO on page optimization knowledge is plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Malayalam is must.

, you are Responsible/Accountable for:

• Understanding of web 2.0 aesthetics and tools, responsive design, wordpress integration.
• Design and development of creative deliverables includes websites, landing pages, facebook applications, web/mobile applications, mobile websites, infographics, print media etc.
• Ensure quality control of all creative deliverables and improvement of the process on continuous basis.
• Conducting learning sessions every week to improve team members performance and help them to learn new things.
• Consistently take initiative to complete tasks and projects with limited supervision.
