    • Develop and optimize low-level drivers, MAC/PHY interfaces, and protocol stack layers.
    • Debug and resolve wireless interoperability and certification issues using sniffers (Ubiqua, Wireshark, Perytons).
    • Collaborate with hardware, QA, and product teams to ensure robust HW/SW co-design and regulatory compliance.
    • Debug, analyze, and optimize power consumption and timing for battery-operated IoT devices.
    • Support certification and compliance efforts for Zigbee/Thread-based products.
    • Document software design, testing procedures, and release notes.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • 12+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.
    • Strong programming skills in C / Embedded C; assembly or scripting (Python) a plus.
    • Expertise in IEEE 802.15.4 MAC/PHY, Zigbee, and Thread protocol stacks.
    • Experience with embedded RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or Linux system programming).
    • Proficiency in debug tools (JTAG, GDB, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, sniffers).
    • Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, transceivers, and RF system design basics.
    • Hands-on debugging and optimization for low-power wireless systems.
    • Familiarity with IoT frameworks and domains like home automation, security, and energy management.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • • 12+ years of relevant experience in wireless embedded systems.

We know employees perform best when motivated, appreciated and recognized, and can be themselves. We are committed to building a culture where every voice can be heard, everyone has room for growth and can make meaningful contributions.
