We are seeking a residency-trained or board-certified Veterinary Surgeon to join our collaborative team of doctors in a high-level specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. You’ll work alongside experienced emergency and critical care veterinarians, specialists, and a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP), allowing for seamless surgical, medical, and post-operative collaboration. Our hospital supports both complex referral cases and in-house surgical needs, including a robust exotics and general practice caseload.
Advanced Surgical & Diagnostic Resources Include:
- Dedicated Orthopedic Surgery Suite
- CT imaging
- Portable digital radiology
- Endoscopy, laparoscopy, rhinoscopy, arthroscopy, and bronchoscopy
- Underwater treadmill for post-operative rehabilitation
- Comprehensive anesthesia and monitoring support
- Work alongside Emergency & Critical Care veterinarians and specialists
- Diverse caseload including ER, ICU, exotics, and advanced diagnostics
- Participation in published research studies (snakebite research with UT and oncology research with OSU)

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in good standing
- Residency-trained or board-certified veterinary surgeon (DACVS or equivalent)
- Passion for high-quality surgical medicine and collaboration
- Interest in working within a multi-specialty, emergency, and referral environment
- Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient outcomes
