What You'll Do:
Provides oversight of the daily operations of multiple assigned departments and sites, including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may intermittently perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.

Current RN license with the North Dakota State Board of Nursing upon hire.
Minnesota RN license required within 3 months of hire.
AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
2 years' nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.
Must maintain ambulatory RN competency.
