We are currently looking for an Application Specialist to provide PolyWorks-related technical services.

You didn’t have the chance to work with PolyWorks® yet? Don’t worry, our team of experts will provide the best training to allow you to perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth knowledge of our solutions in order to provide basic and expert-level technical support to our customers
• Provide to our customers training sessions to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes
• Perform advanced software demonstrations adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers
• Communicate the specific needs of our customers to the software development team
• Assist business partners in giving software demonstrations to potential customers

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Demonstrate good written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English
• Be willing and able to travel frequently
• Have a customer-focused mindset and interest in understanding and addressing customer needs
• Have experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes
• Be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
