IT Technician - Quebec

Join our IT team in Quebec as an IT Technician. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technology infrastructure while collaborating with colleagues both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Configure Windows-based workstations
• Provide IT support for software, hardware, and operating systems
• Manage user accounts and access through Salesforce, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Document support activities and maintain internal documentation as needed
• Support the software development team
• Oversee IT equipment maintenance and warranty tracking
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Hold a College Diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or a related field
• Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Active Directory, networking, and cloud technologies
• Perform the handling, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and IT equipment with confidence
• Show strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrate a customer service-oriented mindset along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Demonstrate intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Be available to occasionally provide support during evenings or weekends in response to incidents
• Have knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure/Intune, NinjaOne, and VMware (considered an asset)
