Typical Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment (including reactors, mixers, pumps, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Record production data and assist with basic quality checks
- Support material handling, equipment cleaning, and batch setup
- Communicate with team to meet production goals
What We Look For:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in chemical manufacturing environments preferred (2+ years)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting 55 lbs, standing, warm conditions)
- Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and following procedures
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer or ERP system skills (MRP skills a plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
