Behavioral Health Therapist II
Inova Fairfax Juniper care program is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist II to join the team. The Juniper program works with individuals living with HIV. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Behavioral Health Therapist II Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree, Ph.D., PsyD, EdD in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, Substance Use Disorders or Behavioral Healthrelated field.
Experience: Two years of experience in mental health/substance use disorder treatment, psychoeducational programming including targeted, evidence-based interventions (crisis intervention, trauma, and integrative therapies).
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association within 3 months of hire. Crisis Prevention Institute within 6 months of hire.
Licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSATP).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with patients living with HIV
