The Opportunity 

We currently have an opportunity for an Intern to support our Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter invoices, expense reports, and transactions into accounting software.
• Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and invoices.
• Financial Reporting: Support the team in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for audits.
• Administrative Support: Handle clerical duties, filing, and organization of financial records.
• Analysis: Perform basic financial analysis, such as monitoring monthly spend vs. budget.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Documentation: Must often provide an endorsement letter from the school and a validated registration form.
