The Operations Team
We are the face of Insify. With every call, every email, and every conversation, we build trust. We make sure customers feel heard, supported, and well taken care of — even when things get complicated. Speed and quality go hand in hand, and we continuously improve based on what we learn. With a growing team and expansion into multiple European countries, you play a direct role in something that makes a real impact.
Your Role
As one of our first Customer Support Specialists for a new European market, you won't just be supporting customers— you'll be a founding voice of that market at Insify. That means helping us build and shape the experience from the ground up, while being the first point of contact for entrepreneurs at some of the most important moments in their business.
What You'll Do
- Customer contact. You answer questions via phone, email, and chat. You explain complex insurance policies in a way customers actually understand.
- Onboarding. You guide new customers through the process so they're insured within 2 minutes — smooth, accurate, and personal.
- Spot patterns. Noticing the same question coming up from customers? You flag it, work with the team, and help us improve the product for that market.
- Administration. You keep customer data up to date, process policy changes, and never lose track of deadlines.
What You Bring
- Fluent in English — written and spoken. Additional European languages are a big plus (we'd love to hear which ones you speak in your application).
- You're organised, switch easily between tasks, and never miss a deadline.
- You have a genuine customer-first mindset — you enjoy helping people, even when it's not straightforward.
- Entrepreneurial by nature — you thrive in a scale-up where not everything is figured out yet, and that excites rather than frustrates you.
- Willing to obtain a relevant certification as part of your professional development. We pay for it and guide you through it.

- 💰 Competitive salary — between €35,000 and €45,000 (including holiday allowance) and 6% pension contribution.
