The Opportunity
As Principal Product Manager, you'll own the vision, product strategy and roadmap for our product portfolio across physical, digital and blended learning experiences.
You'll work closely with senior employees across Product, Technology, Learning, Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to ensure we're focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest value for our customers, learners and business.
This role is about far more than roadmap delivery.
You'll influence strategic investment choices, elevate product management capability across the organisation, help shape our approach to AI and emerging technologies, and build the frameworks, governance and operating rhythms that enable high-performing product teams to thrive.
You'll also play a key role in developing product management capability across Insights, helping to establish the standards, frameworks and ways of working that enable teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from experienced product evangelists who have successfully shaped product strategy, influenced investment outcomes and led teams, portfolios or product functions in complex organisations.
Your background may come from SaaS, technology, professional services, learning, HR technology, consultancy or another environment where you've delivered meaningful customer and commercial outcomes. What's most important is your ability to think strategically, make evidence-based conclusions and bring people together around a shared product vision.
What matters most is your ability to demonstrate:
Experience within SaaS, HR Technology, Learning Technology, Professional Services, Digital Products or Product Transformation environments would be particularly valuable, although not essential.
