The Role
We are looking for a Lead Developer to join the Angles for SAP engineering team. You will drive the technical direction of our product, mentor a team of engineers, and ensure we deliver high-quality, scalable software that makes a real difference for our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will write code, review architecture, guide technical decisions, and collaborate closely with product and customer success to shape what we build next.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of new features across the full stack
- Set and uphold engineering standards: code quality, testing practices, and architectural patterns
- Mentor and support developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling and agents to accelerate development workflows
- Contribute to our technical roadmap and participate in architecture decisions
- Work directly with customer-facing teams to understand real-world use cases and pain points
What You Bring
Core Skills
- Strong C# and .NET backend development — you are fluent in modern C# syntax, understand async patterns deeply, and apply SOLID and DRY principles by default
- React frontend knowledge — you can build and maintain frontend features, and you understand component design, state management, and API integration
- Design patterns and clean architecture — you recognize when to apply the right pattern and why, and you can articulate those choices clearly to your team
Experience
- Five or more years of professional software development experience, with at least one year in a tech lead or senior role
- Hands-on experience developing with AI agents and modern AI-assisted development workflows (GitHub Copilot, agentic coding, LLM integrations, or similar)
- Experience working in agile or product-led engineering teams
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI across the end-to-end software development lifecycle, driving improvements in design, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery workflows.
- Proficient with AI-powered engineering tools including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT for code generation, automation, context engineering, and productivity optimization.
- Demonstrated success in integrating AI into engineering practices to accelerate delivery, improve software quality, increase test coverage, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise data access patterns (direct database access, ERP APIs, or data extraction pipelines)
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems — you do not need to be an SAP expert, but you understand what ERP data looks like and why it matters to business users
- Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools, or BI integrations
- Background in B2B SaaS product development
- Experience with TypeScript or other typed frontend stacks
