Job description

Responsibilities / Duties include:

Answering phone calls
Manage accounts receivable
Manage accounts payable
Order management : receipt & acknowledgment, entry into invoicing system, negotiation of shipping rates with carriers and/or brokers, dispatch instructions to warehouse for handling & shipping; ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
Attend US tradeshows and congresses. Traveling within the US may be required.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Computer literate
Proactive on the phone
Self-motivated
