Position Overview:

As a Healthcare Professional Liability Producer, you will build and maintain a book of business. This involves setting new and renewal business strategies for Professional Liability, Healthcare Liability, and Medical Malpractice insurance, overseeing policy placement and servicing in line with the company’s customer centric approach. Exceptional customer service and cross-selling Inszone products is a key focus.

Location:     Scottsdale, Arizona; Remote

Workplace: Onsite if in Scottsdale; Remote otherwise

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed individual organic growth and retention objectives in line with company goals.
• Develop and strengthen client, carrier, and vendor relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Present coverage options and cross sell all lines of business written by Inszone.
• Manage book of business and meet with account management team regularly providing mentorship.
• Work collaboratively with other producers, account managers, marketing, and other internal teams to develop marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education:  Bachelor’s degree, RPLU, CPCU, ARM designation, or other relevant experience.
• Experience: Five or more years of experience in Medical Professional Liability Insurance as a retail agent or wholesaler broker.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeded goals.
• Proficiency with customer relationships management software, such as EPIC or similar platform.
• P&C agency license.
• Ability to work independently and with some direct oversight.
