Dietary Supervisor

We have an opening for a Food & Nutrition Services Culinary Lead in the Dahlonega area.  

The position entails overseeing the food services production in a healthcare setting with high-level menu items.

The individual will be responsible for all culinary aspects (flavor, texture, color, temperature, presentation) of food service activities (daily service and special events) within the cafe, caterings, and lounge.  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years as a food services culinary professional
• Passionate about quality food, presentation, and service
• Demonstrable history of fun event planning and execution
• Strong supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in similar position in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Fluent in English
• Have a willingness to learn
• Have a valid Food Handler's Card 
• Must have flexible availability including weekends and holidays
