Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operation of forklifts, pumping, blending, and filling equipment.
• Weighs material and pump ingredients into and out of blend tanks, mixing drums and totes.
• Sanitizes all equipment, following batch records.
• Calculates and accurately measures ingredients.
• Accurately records production information and material usage on batch records
• Maintains production logs as necessary.
• Conducts in-process quality checks and provides samples for the quality lab.
• Monitors equipment performance and reports deficiencies.
• Proper housekeeping of the work areas.
• Good hygiene practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing or production.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work with chemicals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, ½-hour lunch (some weekends as needed)
