Chemsolv is seeking a Production Operator to join our growing team in Roanoke, VA. This hands-on position supports chemical production, warehouse operations, and material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule
- Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m.
- One-hour lunch
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
What You'll Do
- Load and unload chemical drums and totes
- Stage materials for production
- Assist with chemical blending and plant operations
- Transport samples to the Quality Control Lab
- Label containers and maintain accurate identification
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally climb ladders
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
- Ability to wear a respirator when required (must be clean shaven where the respirator seals)
- Reliable transportation
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
