    Responsibilities

    • Support the administrative and operational management of workers' compensation and return-to-work cases.
    • Participate in case follow-up activities in collaboration with managers, HR partners, and the Legal team.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to workplace accommodations and return-to-work plans.
    • Analyze absence and return-to-work data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Contribute to the development, documentation, and optimization of processes designed to enhance the employee experience and facilitate timely, safe, and sustainable returns to work.
    • Support the creation of tools, guides, standard operating procedures, and dashboards for Operations, Managers, and HR partners.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce cycle times, and improve return-to-work outcomes.
    • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in workers' compensation claims management, workplace accommodation, return-to-work programs, and HR process improvement.
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
    • Strong aptitude for working with data and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and suggest innovative solutions.
    • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
