We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our head office in Toronto, ON.
The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead customer invoicing processes, including progress draws, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Project Managers to ensure smooth customer collections
- Partner with the Sales & Estimating team to ensure project financial data is precise and up to date
- Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations
- Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation
- Track, analyze, and report on project profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities

What You'll Bring:
- Successful completion of a University Degree or College Diploma
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
- A valid state driver's license with access to a vehicle
