Key Responsibilities:

2. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and foster positive interactions with our audience.

3. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.

4. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

5. Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights from social media interactions to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
