Responsibilities:

• </strong><br>The candidate must demonstrate the ability to: Analyze the planning, design, development, and implementation of system and network engineering plans for our Intelligence Community customers.
• Monitor all activities of the network facilities and ensure high quality data transmission.
• Provide technical support for all customer facing engagements/interactions, including receipt of specifications, design, test, and response to service requests.
• Debug and test networks, analyze technical projects, perform needs assessments, analyze and/or oversee cost and benefit estimates, presentations, negotiations, installations, problem resolutions, procurements, and multi-vendor product integration.
• Provide initial engineering and implementation support of networks to assure proper execution and provides resolution for system failures or degradations, as needed.
• Provide project management and documentation, as required.
• It is expected that the candidate will at times participate in, and / or facilitate stakeholder meetings as required.<br><br><strong>Basic

Qualifications:
