We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to support our high-end residential staging operations. This role is responsible for building, modifying, repairing, and installing custom furniture, millwork, and staging elements that align with our luxury design standards.
The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship, a keen eye for design, and the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Construct custom furniture pieces, built-ins, wall panels, shelving, and staging elements
Modify existing inventory to meet specific design visions or space requirements
Execute specialty builds for high-end residential projects (e.g., feature walls, banquettes, headboards)
Repair and restore staging inventory, including furniture, cabinetry, and wood finishes
Ensure all items meet quality standards before installation
Perform touch-ups and refinishing as needed
Assist with on-site installations for staging projects (art walls, shelving, custom pieces)
Safely use tools and equipment in client homes while maintaining a clean, professional environment
Troubleshoot and problem-solve during installs
Work closely with designers and project managers to interpret design concepts and technical drawings
Provide input on feasibility, materials, and construction methods
Ensure finished products align with the intended aesthetic and luxury standards
Maintain organization of tools, materials, and carpentry workspace
Track materials and communicate supply needs
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
