Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and knowledge of budgets.
- Effectively manage and administer construction contracts including the preparation of the contractual correspondences.
- Apply value engineering principles to optimize costs.
- Implement strategies for cost control and monitor expenses.
- Identify and manage potential risks in construction projects.
- Utilize modern software for efficient cost estimation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide detailed reports.
- Implement quality assurance processes in quantity surveying.
- Conduct life cycle cost analyses.
- Review and finalize claims and variations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering.
