What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments across multiple home service brands
- Create exceptional customer experiences that build trust and loyalty
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to optimize scheduling
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and scheduling systems
- Follow up on missed appointments, customer feedback, and service opportunities
- Make outbound calls during slower periods to maximize booking opportunities
- Present and promote maintenance plan solutions to customers
- Bring an "always say yes" mindset and convert every opportunity possible
