Flow Leader

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and driven Flow Leader to join our Virgin Money Payment Operations team. As a key part of the operation, Flow Leaders are responsible for overseeing the distribution and prioritisation of work across the team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and service levels are consistently achieved. Flow Leaders play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a timely, accurate, and seamless payment service, helping to deliver positive outcomes and maintain customer trust.

As part of the Payment Operations function, the Flow Leader is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of payment services through the oversight, prioritisation, and distribution of work across the team. The role provides day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring workloads are balanced, service levels are achieved, and quality standards and key controls are consistently maintained.  

By ensuring payment instructions are processed in a timely, controlled, and accurate manner, the Flow Leader plays a critical role in delivering positive customer outcomes and maintaining customer confidence in our payment services.

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.

For this role, you'll be based at your nearest regional office or hub. We value time spent together to connect with colleagues for collaboration so there will be a regular requirement to attend our Glasgow site approximately (once per quarter). If you are based at an office location, you'll be expected to meet our hybrid working requirement of at least two days a week, or 40% of your working time if part-time, in the office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
