We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Relationship Manager to join our Business Relationships team, supporting some of the UK's largest and most complex business savings customers.
You'll manage a portfolio of established relationships while identifying opportunities to grow balances, increase wallet share and attract new business to Nationwide. Acting as a trusted adviser, you'll support customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and account opening through to ongoing relationship management and strategic deposit discussions.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of Nationwide's Business Banking proposition. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Product & Pricing, Risk, Financial Crime and Lending teams, you'll help deliver outstanding customer outcomes whilst acting as a subject matter expert for business deposits across the wider organisation.

The working hours per week for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our London or Glasgow office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events. What you’ll be doing
You'll manage a portfolio of business customers, building strong relationships and helping them meet their savings and liquidity needs through a combination of proactive contact and strategic relationship management.
You'll work with customers through every stage of the relationship, from account opening and onboarding through to ongoing servicing and complex operational support. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Product & Pricing, Risk, Financial Crime and Lending teams, you'll ensure excellent customer outcomes and a seamless customer experience.
You'll also identify opportunities to grow existing relationships, attract new customers to Nationwide and support the wider Business Banking business as a subject matter expert on business deposits.
