What Your Day Looks Like
You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite. After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, attics, and other designated areas
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time and follow safety guidelines, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

The Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect)
This is active, hands-on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
