About the Role & Team
You'll join IDC's HR team in Prague as a hands-on HR Generalist with fluent Czech and English language, partnering closely with business leaders across departments to support their people needs and manage the full employee lifecycle, from workforce plan through offboarding. You'll work alongside an HR coordinator on day-to-day administration and Czech labor law compliance, and serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits. It's a hybrid role based primarily in our Prague city center office, with occasional trips to Ostrava, offering the chance to shape HR initiatives that support the broader business strategy and learn on the go.
