Descripción general del trabajo:
El Gerente de Subvenciones es el punto focal para la presentación de informes y productos relacionados con la implementación de proyectos y la visibilización del trabajo de IRC en Colombia y Venezuela, estos documentos son presentados en inglés y español a los donantes; El rol es responsable por la gestión de la información de subvenciones y los esfuerzos de desarrollo de capacidades en la gestión de subvenciones. Con el apoyo de asesores regionales y la Señor Coordinadora de Subvenciones, Asociaciones y Comunicación, él/ella apoya el monitoreo programático y presupuestario, el cumplimiento de las normas y regulaciones tanto de los donantes como internas de IRC. El Gerente de Subvenciones también apoya el desarrollo de propuestas y puede estar involucrado en la gestión e implementación del trabajo de asociación de IRC para las actividades de respuesta. El Gerente de Subvenciones trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de programas en el país y rendirá cuentas al Coordinador de Subvenciones, Asociaciones y Comunicaciones.
